Fort Worth Texans: How are the neighbor hoods where these apartments are located?

Homes of Parker Commons, Victory Arts Center, Highland Park? I am moving to Forth Worth and need a 2 bedroom, within walking distance to a bus stop and preferably in the downtown area. Any suggestions?
