Start no fire, after coolant system froze.?

My coolant system froze, and i asked a ? last night... Just wanted to make sure my game plan was correct. There is condensation all over after the thaw (my car has sat in my 60 degree garage for 24 hours). It turns over fine, but won't fire up. So i am going to get a bottle of heet for the gas tank. Air few can of compressed air to blow off the plug wires and spot them with some wd40... Does this sound appropriate?
