Muslims: Can we celebrate Christmas?

I really want to get a medium size tree, and put lights and ornaments, =) I mean you're not really celebrating with your heart, and all that. I mean its just decoration. Its just having fun, and giving gifts to people. I mean that's nice. And its not like we're going to go to Church, like for real.
