What are the best prenatal vitamins out there?

just got my BFP yesterday and i'm SO excited. i have one a day prenatal but i've heard that it wasn't the best so i wanted to ask everyone what they thought! let me know! ALSO, i'm having cramps like i'm still about to start...i know i'm not going to, but anyone else had this? (i'm only 4 weeks) thanks!
