What was the funniest outfit on a person you've ever seen?

well there was a girl at the mall who thought she was from a different era i think. she had a bright yellow jumpsuit on with yellow shoes and big yellow sungles with a yellow hat walking around like she was all that. i busted out laughing bc it was the craziest thing i had ever seen.
