WEB DESIGN HELP PLEASE!?!?!?

I'm guessing this is for a test? ;) But anyways, websites do not need a ton of graphics, it all depends on the site owner. And let's just say the .jpg images will always have a white background, if I'm correct. Also, I once put a .png as my background on a PC at school and it looked horendous, nothing like the original. Also, if you're using photoshop, perhaps other editing software as well, and save something as a .jpg it usually becomes more pixelated.
