Does the Preparation H thing really work to lose an inch or so even just for a day?

preparation H (hemorrhoid cream), rub it on your belly and lower back (use alot don't be shy), then wrap your belly with plastic wrap (saran wrap), really really tight, go to bed, wake up take off the wrap and it should have shrunk you a little bit. I got MEPS friday and im at the 26% BFP but i want to know if i do this it will hide an inch or so so i wont be as worried. thanks
