Why is that cly girls are usually "hos"?

My friend is always talking about how important it is to have cl and how cly she is. She's the most "anti-ho" girl out there yet interestingly enough most people perceive her as a ho. She flirts with almost every guy regardless of if she is in a relationship or no, she has been a mistress in many relationships, she has cheated on her man, she meets guys at clubs and goes home with them. Why is she is so against promiscuous women if she acts the way she does?
