Are Children quick healers?

my 2 year old fell off of a kitchen stool last evning. any way I work overnights so i was sleeping, hubbies shift. he woke me because she wouldnt stop crying and was grabing her backside, (where she landed) a could hardley walk. We were both very panicked and off we went to the ER . we signed her in, got her leg band and while we were waiting, she started chasing her big sister, climbing on chairs, ect... anyway when they called us we had to say no thanks, shes better,lol Im sooo happy shes ok, releived but wow, how embaring. Do you think Dr.s see this a lot?
