Why cant i unlock thefront wheels?

I have an 1986 Isuzu trooper. After i was done we tried to set it back in to 2high when we did tho the front right hub started to click and when we jacked the front end in the air we wern't able to spin the wheels at all also while in 2high the front driveline turns so the tiers wont free wheel any advice?
