Who should I start at RB3, derrick ward or ladell betts!?!?!?!?

Should I start derrick ward vs. NE even though hes behind cadillac, or should I start ladell betts vs. PHI b/c portis is looking shaky once again this week? Who do you think will put up better points if at all week 7?
