When will my bronchitis get better?

Today will be the 4th day I believe that I've been taking antibiotics. I really want so desperately to get better and not worry so much. Would my doctor have told me if I had something that was terrible? This is my first time with this and I cry all the time about it. I really wish to get rid of this so bad.
