I reallllly need some birthday ideas for my 14th birthday?! PLEASE HELP!!?

My birthday's coming up on Nov. 7th and I plan to have a boy and girl party. (I'm a girl). I can't host a party at my house and I live in Maryland. I need some really cool ideas of things to do with my friends. (P.S my parents have 15 children together, some grandchildren, one great granddaughter,etc so it can't cost a ton of money) Thanks alot
