How to unblock your ear?

my ear is driving me insane and it's been blocked for 2 days and i think it has been blocked with the amount of wax that has been congested in my ear. i've done everything to unblock it, but it has not been bloked and my ear is kind of infected. can you please hlp me or give me any ideas of how i can unblock it.
