Does President Bush's evangelical beliefs affect his policy decisions?

Everyone's religion (including scientific theories, evolutionist, etc.) are so bound up in who and what we are, that it is imposable to separate our religion from ourselves. And any one who says that they do is either a liar or they ignorant about themselves.
